Storing data in Australia ensures compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including APP 8 regarding cross-border disclosure of personal information. We do not transfer your personal data to overseas servers or jurisdictions without your consent, except where required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS
- Row-level security (RLS) policies on all database tables
- Secure authentication managed through Supabase Auth
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
